Shipping Policies

DND Lifestyle is committed to providing you with the best!

Orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment.

Our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-6 days on the West Coast.

There is a 2-3 day processing time which excludes weekends and shipping time.

We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination; NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. DND Hair will only ship to confirmed addresses.

You will receive an automated email with tracking no. once your order ships. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

All orders MUST be received and approved for fulfillment, including approval from our payment processing company to ship the order before 11:00 am in order to be shipped the same day.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. All packages are shipped via flat rate envelopes or boxes via USPS.

DND Hair is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been signed for. Billing address for credit/debit card MUST match shipping address; NO EXCEPTIONS; this goes for PayPal as well.

Return & Exchange Policies

Absolutely no returns for refund are accepted; NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note we only offer credit for orders that have been processed and shipped, no refunds.

If you received your order and want to make a change please email us @ [email protected].

When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.

Exchanges are allowed with 7 days from original purchase date for store credit or other available hair options. All hair MUST be in its natural state (unused/unworn, seal not broken/ cut, not combed through, nor washed or dyed).

You are allowed to exchange hair and will be responsible for all shipping fees unless it is the fault of DND Hair. Please contact us prior to sending back your package.

You are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number. DND Hair is not responsible for lost returns.
